I am excited to introduce myself as a chef who is passionate about cooking, with international experience in the culinary industry. My name is Riccardo Tordin and I have traveled to Europe to broaden my culinary skills and enrich my personal experiences.

Between the ages of 20 and 27, I had the fantastic opportunity to live and work in different parts of Europe, immersing myself in local culinary traditions and learning from important cuisines. I had the honor of collaborating with renowned chefs and honing my cooking skills.

During my journey, I also undertook a master's degree in Food Business and Circular Economy, which allowed me to acquire an in-depth understanding of the commercial and marketing aspects of the food world. I am convinced that innovation and attention to the circular economy are fundamental to creating a sustainable and responsible food sector.

I am constantly looking for new challenges and ways to grow professionally and personally. I am a proponent of using local and seasonal ingredients, and I love experimenting with new combinations of flavors and textures to create dishes.
