Umberto Fiore

I am a volunteer in social activities, but also an avid surfer in the ocean of work, bringing with me a wealth of human and relational skills gained in recent years. I am a resourceful and enthusiastic person, with experiences in different fields. I have a background in marketing and project management.

I have also developed good customer care skills, especially on the phone. Lately, I have focused on refining my IT skills, and learning knowledge in data science and machine learning, using tools such as Python, R, SQL and Tableau.

I have over three years of experience in various fields, such as marketing, project management and customer care. I have worked as a marketing assistant, a project coordinator and a customer service representative for different companies, where I developed a range of skills, such as communication, problem-solving, teamwork and creativity.

I am currently enrolled in the second year of the Fintech Software Developer course at the ITS ICT Piemonte foundation, where I am learning to use advanced tools for data analysis and fintech software development, such as SQL, Python, Spring Boot Java, Power BI and Tableau. I am also following two online professional certificates offered by Google and IBM, which are allowing me to deepen my knowledge in SQL, R and Python.
