Anna Bushira

I am a graduate from Laikipia University, having pursued Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media studies. My experience in customer relation now runs 3 years. I have passion to deliver great customer experience and meet my targets as i grow with the company.

I am currently working with Fleming Technical Institute where I have learnt to confidently produce work across multiple platform, align multiple brand strategies and ideas, assist team members when need accomplish team goals and multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently. I have also learnt how to handle customer complaints, empower and manage them as well as ensure quality standards and service delivery. I have previously as well worked with Kenya Network Information Center (KENIC) and Premier Credit Kenya where i gained recognition for my work rate, integrity and my communication skills.

Consequently, I also possess knowledge and expertise in social media.

I am a graduate student of Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media from Laikipia University. I graduated with Second Class Honors Upper Division.
