I am a fast learner able to adapt to any problematic scenario and come up with solutions as well. I am self motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, responsible and a hard working person.

Am able to work exceptionally well in a team environment as well as on my own. I am passionate about my work and I love helping and supporting people. Some would say I tend to go over and above my assignments..

Started my career as a cyber cafe attendant/owner where I learnt my support, networking skills which I improved over the years connecting, setting up and troubleshooting network connections. I always provided online and physical support to clients via calls and email in regards to a hardware or system issue.

I started an IT company dealing in consultancy work in relation to Network connectivity, CCTV Installation, Acquisition of laptops and PCs, WLAN/LAN connectivity and diagnosis, PC maintenance and repair, 24/7 Support services.

I worked as a consultant for a number of organisations and companies as well as institutions whereby I gained knowledge in different areas of Support, diagnostic and maintenance of their systems and equipment.

I completed a Basic IT course which was a stepping stone to understanding various IT tools and practices which over the years I expanded that knowledge by learning through experience while tackling various challenges along the way.

Lack of further education did not stop me from learning through experience the various practices which further improved my understanding of different methods and I gained technological prowess in networking and support.
