As a Service Support Technician, I am responsible for providing technical assistance and support to my clients who have problems with software, hardware, or other technological equipment. My primary role is to ensure that the client's technological systems are functioning effectively, and they assist clients in resolving issues they may be experiencing.
Some of my key responsibilities of a Service Support Technician are :
I have experience in providing technical support to end-users through help desk support, including hardware and software issues. They are knowledgeable in various software applications and have experience configuring and installing printers and maintaining the network infrastructure. Additionally, they have experience managing records, providing training, and complying with corporate laws and regulations.
They have also performed preventative maintenance checks and have collaborated with various departments to ensure the proper functioning of systems.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in ICT and Management from Maseno University obtained between September 2018 and February 2022. They also have a diploma in ICT and Management from the Institute of Advanced Technology earned between January 2015 and December 2016, as well as a diploma in Press Technician from the Kenya Institute of Surveying and Mapping in Nairobi, which was completed between January 2010 and December 2012. Finally, I have completed a Computer ICDL Course from Glory Computer College, which ran from October 2009 to December 2009.
