Managing of depot resources including trucks, staff, petty cash, and fresh milk crates.
Conducting daily stock take and establishing possible variances.
Preparing warehouses orders following an E.O.Q mechanism to avoid stock out.
Assuring that quality, health, and safety requirements are fulfilled at the depot
Keeping accurate stock data both in the SYSPRO system and physically
Ensuring all deliveries is stored in respective in an organized manner.
Issuing stock, on FIFO basis, against delivery notes while ensuring no excess or less stock issued.
Managing logistics on deliveries to and from the warehouse.
Reconciling accounts of salesmen after receiving returns from the market.
Taking part in offloading and loading to confirm that products against delivery notes and the invoices conform to the physical quantities.
Preparing weekly reports on all dispatches from the warehouse
