Applying standard procedures to problem solving, through identifying, configuring, deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting PC’s (all variants), workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, copiers, scanners, CCTV systems including other computer and telecommunications equipment
I have over 9 years experience in ICT operations support for Windows, Linux and MAC OS. Oversee use, administration and maintenance of an array of ICT applications across all organization’s operations and ensure ease of access and utility of the applications to enhance service delivery.
I have an undergraduate degree in Development Studies with Information Technology (IT). Also, a Higher Diploma certification in Management Information Systems (IMIS-IT) and a PC Essentials Certication from CISCO
