ICT SUPPORT AND PROJECT ASSISTANCE:
● Providing Tier 1 IT support to non-technical internal users through desk side support services.
● Resolving a diverse range of technical issues across multiple systems and applications for customers and end-users.
● Monitoring systems in operation and quickly troubleshooting errors.
● Collaborating with supervisors to escalate and address customer inquiries or technical issues.
● Assisting customers in identifying issues and explaining solutions to restore services and functionality.
● Using ticketing systems to manage and process action and requests.
● Contribute to the team environment by sitting in on meeting and brainstorming new ideas for issue resolution. ● Analyzing current information and helping develop plans to address needs.
● Perform day- to-day LAN and WAN administration and support

NSE2: Successfully completed Fortinet's NSE2 program, building upon the foundational knowledge gained in NSE1. Acquired advanced skills in areas such as advanced firewall policies, user authentication, VPN technologies, intrusion prevention systems, and endpoint security. Strengthened ability to secure networks and protect against a wider range of cyber threats.
