I'm Chef Edmund Malasi, a professionally trained private chef with over 10 years of experience crafting elevated, personalized dining experiences for clients across Kenya and abroad. My culinary journey began in my family home kitchen in Nairobi and evolved through formal training at the International Hotel and Tourism Institute in Nairobi and years in fine-dining restaurants.

I have worked as a personal Chef for many years and also at Fred Black Insuarance as Head Chef, Mama Rocks and Fraiche Cafe as an Assistant chef and previously worked at the Collingham Gardens Residence & Club for my first year internship and Amboseli sopa Lodge for my second year internship I also have a wealth of experience from various weekend and holiday job
I am a former Culinary Art student at INTERNATIONAL HOTEL AND TOURISM INSTITUTE, Nairobi, studying for higher national diploma.
