I am an ambitious construction manager with over five years of experience in the construction industry. My experience includes project design, presentation, project supervision,
coordination, and planning of work for trade contractors and clients. I have experience in the construction of interior works, structural works, and civil works. I enjoy generating new ideas and devising feasible solutions to challenges in construction sites.
My colleagues would describe me as driven and resourceful and able to maintain a positive,
proactive attitude when faced with adversity. Currently, I am seeking an opportunity that will allow me to develop and improve my skills, confidence, and new building technologies.
Having a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and over 2 years of experience in the industry, I believe I can enhance diverse technical, leadership and creative skills to achieve proposed project objectives. I have worked in different construction sites and developed diverse skills necessary for general construction projects and I am also eager to learn and improve on my experience.
In the past, my technical skills in design, computer, and blueprint interpretation have enabled me to make sound decisions in different project activities. I have worked with plumbers, masons,
electricians, steel fixtures, painters, concreting contractors, interior fitting contractors, and welders. I have also confidently made client presentations, pitched for new projects and maintained effective communication with project teams. Combined with my integrity, work ethics and discipline, I believe I am a worthy asset in a busy construction site.
