I have over nine years of progressive ICT experience across the SACCO, higher education, hospitality, and public sectors. Currently, I serve as the ICT Manager at CHUNA SACCO, where I lead ICT strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, enterprise systems, project delivery, vendor management, and business continuity. During my tenure, I successfully led a CRM and ERP migration that improved customer service efficiency, implemented a disaster recovery solution that reduced data loss risk by 95%, enhanced network performance by 80%, and strengthened cybersecurity, reducing security incidents.

I have a strong academic foundation in Information Technology and continue to invest in my professional development. I'm currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Science at Kenya Methodist University. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from KCA University, where I gained expertise in software development, networking, databases, and cybersecurity.

I also hold a Diploma in Information Technology and have earned professional certifications, including Cisco (CCNA), Huawei HCNA, Ethical Hacking, and City & Guilds certifications in computer systems and networking. My education, combined with over nine years of practical ICT experience, has equipped me with both the technical and strategic skills required to lead ICT operations effectively.
