Contract position

• Sourcing for relevant tenders, Pre-qualifications, Quotations and Proposals in the tender websites
• Timely preparation and submission of tender documents, Pre-qualifications, quotations, Eoi and proposal.
• Handling all online submissions of the above via IFMIS, Suppliers Coupa, Tender sure, Mtender and all online platforms.
• Obtain all the relevant information before submission of the tender document
• Timely support various EOIs, RFQare and Tenders, ensuring they are properly submitted compliant with the clients' requirements.
• Ensure compliance to Conditions oftender, requirements & specifications
• Ensuring that tenders are fully completed and submitted within the stipulated time frame and delivered at the right address.
• Filling all office tenders, pre-qualifications and quotation for easier retrieval manual & electronic copies that the company has engaged in.
• Keep up to date documentation Register for all tenders and contracts.
• Updating Company Documentation Licenses & Certificates
• Contributing to the written proposal in terms of content and presentation.
