Roles

Programs Development & Administration

• Conduct students’ induction on BTEC requirements, guide learners on the modules to undertake and applies for BTEC certificates upon completion.
• To act as the academic liaison between students, local tutors, module leaders and centre leaders.
• Conducts overall administrative and academic management of programmes, tutors and students within the department, with accompanying documentary evidence and reporting. 
• Takes lead on marketing planning to boost student intakes for programs within their departments with appropriate recruitment activities of students. 
• Spearheads business development and cost-effective strategies within the department 
• Having an entrepreneurial outlook, a drive to promote business innovation and a wide network of sector relevant relationships.
