I am a highly motivated and progress focused Customer Service Representative with a long standing background in the industry, having worked as a Cabin Crew for Kenya Airways for close to 4 years with more added experience in Customer Relationship Management in real estate with Baobab Development Group and Fractional Warehouse for 3 years.

With a track record of initiative and dependability, I have devised strategic initiatives which I believe will prove valuable to you.

Throughout the course of my career, I have perfected my people and communication skills not to mention my brand awareness abilities. I am a capable and consistent problem solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency. In my previous role as a call center agent, I contributed towards effective communication, critical thinking, and marketing toward team efforts and business improvements.

I am progressive-minded and in tune with new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with strong decision making talents. I enjoy collective brainstorming sessions which allow me to coordinate activities to achieve a common goal.
