I am a believer of Human rights, ambitious person who has continuously developed a responsible and mature approach to addressing human and wildlife issues (coexistence) through ecological interventions. With over 9 years’ experience working with WWF-Kenya at various capacities both in the Mara and Amboseli landscape, I have helped the organizations where I have worked implement large scale projects; manage day to day administration and management of resources. My career to date has presented an opportunity to develop a broad range of skills including applying modern leadership methods through staff and community motivation and involvement in institutional decision making towards sustainable development goals.
Mr. David Leto has over over 9 years’ experience working with WWF-Kenya at various capacities both in the Mara and Amboseli landscape. In the face of the changing environment owing to climate change and dynamic landscapes, Mr. Leto has helped communities through a participatory and partnership implement projects that has resulted to improved community/conservancies governance, improved livelihoods, climate resilience and adaptation projects that has resulted to thriving wildlife populations, connected habitats and people benefitted.
Mr. David Leto is currently pursuing a master degree in Environmental and Management at Wangari Mathai Institute, University of Nairobi
