I have 3 years’ experience working as a Customer Care Representative based in Kenya and 1 of those years I have worked remotely. During my career, I have developed competent skills in good communication and listening skills, empathy, great inter/intra personal skills and good use of system like the CRM, ability to work under minimum supervision and also a good team player. I am flexible to work around the clock either part time or full time and possess good call handling skills.
