Having worked with Haco industries in merchandising, Huduma Centre for seven months and

Huduma Secretariat for six months am mainly based in the service delivery unit (reception)

Currently am working at Huduma Contact Centre for the past one year receiving inbound and outbound calls, working competently and diligently to uphold customer service standards ensuring customer expectations are always fully met.
