Over the period of time I have worked at debt collection firms whose responsibilities included but no limited to receiving calls,emails and contacting at least 80 customer per day to negotiate for payment of their defaulted loans.
With is job I have improved my negotiation skills, customer service skills and properly managing and planning my work.

Am currently working as a debt collector and have worked in the field for almost 6 years now
Am currently pursuing a diploma in purchasing and procurement at Kenya Institute of Management
