I am a skilled debt collector and financial services associate who has worked in three organizations undertaking this role in reputable organizations such as Wasoko Limited, Finley Collections Africa and Firch International.
With over 4 years of experience in debt collection, customer service and portfolio management, I can apply a unique combination of skills to achieve positive outcomes when managing the challenges of this role. I am currently a Financial Services Associate at Wasoko Limited.Some of my responsibilities in this role include;
Customer onboarding and credit education.
Ensure a thorough Know Your Customer(KYC) process by conducting a verification exercise for all new clients and capturing relevant information in the system for decision making
Managing customers directly in liaison with the sales team to ensure growth in customer numbers and revenue.
Ensure on time repayment of credit by doing collections through phone calls and field visitations.
Developing payment plans and promise to pay database with elaborate follow up.
Handle all customer and sales agents' escalations /complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Preparing daily reports and emails.
I am a holder of a Bachelor's of Science degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management which I scored a 2nd Class ,upper division
