Matilda Wanjiku

I provide personalized tutoring in Mathematics and English, with Biology and General Science available depending on the learner’s level and curriculum. I offer both online and home-based tutoring, with a focus on clear explanations, structured problem-solving and adapting lessons to each student’s learning needs. I have a strong academic background, experience in Mathematics competitions and a continued commitment to independent academic study.

I am available for primary and secondary-level tutoring, including homework support, concept development and exam preparation.

Provided one-on-one academic support to students in my neighbourhood across Mathematics, Biology and English. Assisted secondary-level students with understanding mathematical concepts, working through problem-solving questions and strengthening their grasp of Biology topics. In English, I have supported students particularly with writing and composition, including developing ideas, structuring essays and improving clarity and expression.

I adapt my explanations to the student’s level and focus on helping them understand the reasoning behind their work rather than simply providing answers.

Completed secondary education at St.Francis Girls High School, Mangu, with academic study across Mathematics, English and Biology. My academic preparation has given me a strong foundation in mathematical problem-solving, written communication, scientific reasoning and subject comprehension. I have continued developing these areas through independent academic study, including further work in Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology.
