Mercy Munyiva

My name is Kimando Mercy Munyiva, a graduate from the University of Nairobi having done a four year course in Construction Project Management.

I have been working within the Construction Industry part time since 2019 when I was in university and full time after I graduated in 2021 September till date. During my four years working in the industry, I have been able to oversee several construction projects from beginning to the end, oversee machinery for clients, track progress on site and report as assigned, Budget Management of projects, oversee quality and safety of all work and safety on site, organize and participate in site meetings and inspections as well as report to client and project’s Board of directors about progress on site. My roles generally involved monitoring and evaluation works.

I also have a great understanding and knowledge of the practical and legal aspects of health and safety on site.

My academic performance is above average with technical drawing, building design and theory of structures being some of my strongest fortes. I am also highly proficient in 3D CAD Modelling i.e.; ArchiCAD and AutoCAD, building technology as well as in project management. Resource and time management on site are also some of my strong forts.
