I started out as a system admin with , then transitioned into training, lecturing in a number of Kenyan Universities, and also International Universities like the University of Greenwich UK, the African Leadership University in Rwanda. This unique intersection between training space and tech has given me a unique perspective on approaching training with a focus on the end product. I have applied this in my current capacity as the Head of training and Knowledge Manager at Power Learn Project.
This unique perspective has allowed me to design a training programme aimed at training 1 Million developers across the continent! My guiding principle is Listen, learn, and Innovate! No one has monopoly over knowledge, only by understanding that, can you open up to amazing ideas around you!!
