I am a self-motivated and highly dedicated customer support specialist with experience in the industry in calls, emails and live chats. I have experienced working for USA and UK clients and currently working with Shutterfly Customer Success. Achieving the desired CSAT and attaining excellence in offering solutions to different users on different platforms.

I have proven experience working in customer support across different sectors ranging from Retail, Banking, Real Estate and Property Management.
When not doing my duties as a Customer Specialist, I spend my hours volunteering for Rotaract Club of Langata. I am also part of a remarkable team, House of Banter, that organizes a social networking event every 2-3 months. I take part in the planning process and I also manage the personnel and the cocktail bar on the D-day.
