I'm an experienced IT support specialist with a strong background in helping remote teams stay connected, secure, and productive. I troubleshoot technical issues, manage user accounts, configure systems, and support cloud-based tools like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Working remotely has strengthened my communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. I’m comfortable using remote support tools, documenting solutions, and ensuring smooth operations across different time zones.
I’m an IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience in both the financial and corporate sectors. I began my career at KCB Bank Kenya, where I supported secure, high-demand IT environments and gained valuable experience in banking systems and user support. Currently, I work at AEA Limited, providing end-to-end technical support, managing systems, resolving hardware/software issues, and maintaining reliable network operations.
I bring a strong work ethic, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for technology especially in supporting teams across departments and remote setups.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology, combining a strong foundation in both IT and business processes. In addition, I’ve earned certifications in Ethical Hacking and Network Security through the Cisco Networking Academy in partnership with the ICT Authority of Kenya. I also have a certificate in Software Development from PLP Academy, which has enhanced my understanding of coding and automation process using python.
