- Directed the design and permitting for a high-end 5-bedroom private residence in Runda. Liaised with local planning offices to secure planning permissions and ensure zoning compliance throughout the build.
- Managed the complete office fit-out renovation for Ombra Investments Limited, ensuring all interior modifications adhered to building codes and fire safety regulations prior to handover.

Private Residence, Matasia, Ngong: Delivered full architectural services for a private client, managing the project from concept through to successful handover. Oversaw all site supervision and quality control measures, ensuring construction strictly adhered to approved drawings, building codes, and the legal conditions tied to the planning permit.
Private Residence, Mhasibu Housing Development, Runda: Provided comprehensive architectural, interior, and landscaping design for a 5-bedroom ensuite residence. Led the statutory approval process, coordinated working drawings, and conducted rigorous site supervision to maintain design integrity and full compliance with issued planning permissions.
