- Spearheaded dedicated team at the asset with strong links to senior management to ensure IOC's partnership visibility, performance delivery, access to world class technical capabilities, promote performance and adopt best practices.
- Monitored the administration of service agreements at the asset level on behalf of KOC and confirmed technical deliverables of the contract are met.
- Built ETSA plans in coordination with asset and planning teams. Used best practices in providing the same to the Joint Management Committee in order to align the overall plans with KOC strategy.
- Collaborated with assets teams to supervise, critique and convey performance/progress reports of all IOC partnership agreements to the asset DCEO in order to ensure that performance and progress meet the required standards and adhere to contractual obligations.
- Proactively involved in the establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and economic models for assessing partnership value in coordination with other concerned teams to ensure that value creation from IOCs is being monitored, measured, and aligned.
- Brainstormed with concerned KOC teams to facilitate providing support to 10Cs in resolving financial/contractual/legal issues concerning ETSAs.
Team Leader Heavy Oil Fields Development Team (North Kuwait) at Kuwait Oil Company (2014-03 – 2016-03)

- Overhauled and oversee reservoir studies carried out internally or by external consultants to evaluate future HO reservoir development options and enhanced recovery method. This includes constructing, updating and maintaining reservoir models and carrying out long and short-term production forecast.
- Advised appropriate development plans for the specific reservoirs and releases development locations for drilling in North Kuwait Heavy Oil reservoirs.
- Advised new pilots (if needed) and provide subsurface data required for surface facilities design.
- Collaborated with various KOC teams, such as Strategic Planning Team, and Reservoir Management Team, to authorize adherence to KOC strategy regarding setting production targets and production growth, reservoir improvement and reserve. This includes advising Field Development Teams on maximizing oil recovery, minimizing risk and reducing development cost
- Acted as a liaison between the company other groups, such as Research and Technology and Research and Development groups for discussing on new technology and research trend, Planning Teams to develop assets plan and with HR Teams for all personnel admin, manpower planning, training and career development needs within the area of responsibility

Supervised development of the hydrocarbon resources of West Kuwait Assets fields of KOC, sustaining the production potential and promoting reserve accretion.
- Organized subsurface potential target based on West Kuwait Asset peak production requirements to meet the company strategic production targets
- Evaluated short term subsurface potential considering short term forecast of producing wells and expected production from planned workover and new drilling operations
- Orchestrated drilling and work over programs, optimizing rig schedule to ensure sufficient production potential
- Brainstormed with drilling, production operations and planning group to optimize short term production management
- Mapped and estimated the surveillance requirements that influence well and reservoir behavior
- Strengthened Geological & Reservoir simulation models with new drill data and latest reservoir characterization.
