• To ensure goods keep by first in first out method (FIFO).

• Generating Barcode Through Company System with Item Name, Price and expiry Date.
• Checked invoices against Purchase Order, Quotation and verified invoices.
• Maintain up-to-date Documentation include purchasing order number, shipper name.
• Verifying the invoices and submitting them to the logistics manager for approval.
• Processing logistics requests from programs and ensuring all necessary follow-up action is completed.

Receiving transfer request from purchasing department.

• Ensures that all items of stock materials in the warehouse are correctly protected prior to placing on shelves. Are placed in temperature controlled environment.
• Prepare reports on incoming and outgoing supplies, inventory balance, goods to be sent back, and shortages.
• Checks items for damage and expiry date and removes the stock to area as required.
• Taking physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report.
• Maintained inventory in the valued and largest storeroom at [Adama Pharmaceutical co.].
• Management and preparation of documentation required for the execution of Shipping activities, such as import, export, internal company procedures.
• Communicated daily with all carriers to expedite and track shipments for all domestic and import trailers.
• Completes consistent and timely updates to delivery dates in the Company system.
• Works with suppliers and Warehouse staff to ensure safe and timely delivery of all items.
• Responsible of destruction of bad goods as per Company Policy
