We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our team As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales over the phone by connecting with potential customers, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and helping them make informed decisions about transitioning to solar power solutions.

Compensation

Base salary plus commission structure based on sales performance.

Performance bonuses and incentives for exceeding targets

BONUS WILL BE ON A TEAR UP TO 500 DOLLARS

ITS BROKEN BY THE VOLUME OF SALE POTENTIAL $200,300 OR $500

POSSIBILITY OF MORE DEPENDING ON DEAL

PLUS GETTING PAY PER TRANSFER $20 (DEMONSTRATION IN HOME

WITH NO SALE)

Qualifications

• Previous experience in phone-based sales, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers over the phone
• Cold Calling Experience is a plus
• Not remote in office position
• Lead Gen
• Sales / Telemarketing experience only DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOW
