Universidad de Deusto. For the last 10 years I have been working in supply chain at Eastman
Chemical Company in Mexico.

Latin America Regional Planning Manager from 2022 - today
Starting 2022 focused on Saflex © business, leading one production plant and administering 7 warehouses inside Latin America Region (LAR), in different countries. Centered in meeting customer expectations and internal demand plan, while keeping monthly and annual targets for finished products and raw materials,
Since the end of 2022 I have been helping out North America Region
(NAR) as interim
Regional Planning Manager while keeping up with my LAR duties.
My additional NAR duties were both in finish product replenishment planning as well as leading the NAR planning team, similar to LAR. I also had to interact directly with a greater group of Eastman sales and customer service representatives and sometimes participated in customer meetings.
I interacted daily with the leadership team for both production sites, finish product and raw materials, and in total was involved with 9 sites between warehouses and production plants.
After the 2020 pandemic supply chains around the world were severely affected which impacted import’s transit time. In all cases this increased complexity and strain not only the flow of materials but also the supply chain planning teams.
Supply Chain Team Lead from 2015 – 2022
Responsible for Eastman intercompany products replenishment at Mexico,
as well as two production plants and their raw materials and finish products. For one specific business, Saflex ©, I participated on the S&OP and built the plant capacity planning based on the internal demand plan.
Globally for all business I moved 60 million kg/year between raw materials and sales at multiple warehouses around the country with all the challenges that involves.
