My name is Diego, i am currently studying Finance and Systems on Universidad de Guadalajara, I currently Work on HCL, as a service Desk l1, With experience as queue master in SNOW, experience in SAP, active directory and remote assistance, With close to 2 year experience on Service desk.

I started working on teleperformance, in Which i was in the IT department, I worked in ir for Over a year, Which helped me improve my communications skills.
