5years of hands-on experience working in the IT department as a help desk representative working on various incidents as well as giving IT support on live chats following up on any incidents that may need it. I have extensive knowledge of computer hardware (printers, modem, CPU, ethernet cables and splitters) and software (command prompt, outlook, VPN, network configuration, drivers, teams, active directory and remote apps). I also work with service management apps such as ServiceNow, BMS and BMC.
I speak fluent English as well as reading and writing.
