-Planning, Management, and Execution of Kaizen Events.
-Communication Strategies implementation and audiovisual content development to engage employees in the program through innovative communication campaigns.
-Announcements creation to deploy results of Kaizen Events.
-Content Update of Lean Manufacturing Sharepoint.
-Photography & video coverage.
Promote kaizen events by developing content for different channels in the organization such as; mailing, screens & intranet.

-Solve the company's communication needs, as well as ensure clarity of messages for all levels.

-Planning and execution of Communication Plan, Town Hall Meetings, Recognition Events and Internal Culture Campaigns for employees.
-Follow up on the needs of internal clients from different areas such as HR, Marketing, Purchasing, etc.
-Supervision of the Communication team to share internal culture and social responsibility programs.
-Continuous improvement of internal communication platforms to effectively deploy information for over 12,000 employees.
