Customer service to me is the act of serving the client's needs by providing professional, useful and high-quality service and assistance before, during and after the client's requirements are met. Over the past years I have evolved in computer and customer service skills from bad to good calls. They have made us more aware of the needs of a customer. It has become a hobby more than a job to me. I understand the needs of a good customer because I am and have been a customer myself.

I have experience of around 5/6 years, whether its Customer Service, Sales or Technical Support.
