Solution Manager. Jul 2019 – Jun 2024 Developed and improved internal processes and costing tool to support market Supply Chain Solution Managers and business development team. Digitalizing and optimizing presales supply chain solution for RAN, NPO, FO and Core Projects, ensuring optimize delivery models, cost accuracy and the best solution toward final customer. Following up on sales opportunities in CRM and generating reports from Power BI.

•  Identified and addressed several bottlenecks in the SCS cost calculation, which allowed me to improve the SCS proposal quotations. This process involved leveraging the knowledge gained from my various roles, contributing to the successful closure of the multi-year RAN Mexico project in regions 1 to 5. Presales Global 

In charge of business development for strategic accounts. Supporting customer teams in presales and sales areas, creating service offers for RAN, NPO, Core and FO projects, answering and costing RFPs, RFQs and RFIs for North LAT market, including America Movil, LocOp and Telefonica.

•  Contributed to the closing of the NPO Services project for Claro Colombia, budgeting and optimized a competitive proposal, which allowed us to operate in a good position to obtain the entire project. 

Led sales support team in business development process, answering tendering documents as RFPs, RFQs, RFIs of Radio Access Network, Optical Networks Subscriber Data Management and Microwave Systems for Latin and North America markets.

• Consolidated the work team formed by 10 solution specialists and product managers in Mexico in a very short time, making it independent of Indian colleagues, who were our mentors, managing to attend around 1827 bidding cases in Americas market along 3 years, almost 30% more than the planned.

Project Office and Network Optimization Coordinator. Coordinated Radio Network Experts team composed by 12 engineers and 10 drivers, delivering 2G/3G Optimization nationwide project and providing support for Network Planning and Optimization activities for Telcel.

• Obtained the acceptance of almost 80% of the GSM sites that were pending payment by the client due to their KPIs were not reached in the initial deployment. 

Projects Engineer (Product Support). Coordinated the Radio Network Experts team to support business development, performed technical evaluation for NPI (New Product Introduction) and field trials of WiMAX and CDMA 450 in several proposals in Latin America and Mexico, also contributed in the First Office Application (FOA) of WiMAX W4.1 in Malaysia and led first deployment and optimization of commercial WiMAX networks in Dominican Republic and Bolivia.

• Achieved Wimax Network stabilization in Bolivia after 2 weeks of NPO work by myself and my team, saving a lot of time and money. Identified several deployment issues causing network instability and failure.  Facilitated open communication between team members and our client, fostering a collaborative environment that not only improved efficiency, but also built the client's trust. This approach was key to successfully completing our team's technical evaluation at Telmex laboratories within the established timeframe. 

Radio Network Frequency Design Engineer. Executed UMTS design for the project “Cingular Outer Carolinas UMTS” and drive test measurements with TEMS for data throughput validation during site swap-out process.

• Influenced in consolidating the work team, which was a multinational and multicultural, composed by individuals from Somalia, India, Jordan, Pakistan and Mexico, managing to create a very pleasant work environment, making the work execution more agile and efficient. 

Performed several positions, as RAN Frequency Engineer of Region 9 improved quality of service indicators to keep them into regulations margins. During this career phase, also designed microwave link systems working as Microwave Transmission Engineer and managed CDMX North zone cellular sites as cell owner.

• Increased coverage footprint in Cuernavaca Morelos in around 30%, bringing new users into the network, doing some minor changes and financial investment in the existing infrastructure.
