I have more than 20 years’ experience in Product Engineering, Manufacturing and Product Launch Operations. I would be a perfect fit in your Engineering/Manufacturing/Lauch Organization. Adept at transforming business problems into workable engineering projects, my problem-solving skills founded on Design for Six Sigma allowed Aptiv UX and AS to accrue approximately $250 K in Cost Savings Redesign for Commercial Vehicles products (DEA5XX, DEA6XX and DEA7XX) this year and more than $ 250 K USD hard savings on a yearly basis
Over the last eight years I have been immersed in Product Development Process for Commercial Vehicles products as Technical Project Manager, including the new generation of DEA radios (DEA7XX) and Domain Controllers while leading structured problem solving, continuous improvement and cost savings projects for the current production DEA family (DEA5XX and DEA6XX) and Network Managers. My success can be attributed in part to possessing and applying a customer’s point of view, a systems’ point of view, a statistical point of view and a workers’ point of view. I have an understanding of product and process variation, a deep knowledge of improvement methods, an understanding of the process of personal motivation, learning and appreciation of teamwork.
