Hello my name is José Antonio Landero Ramírez and I've been working the last 8 years as a billengual customer service agent as well as tech support analyst and service desk.
As I mentioned I'm a billengual person with management of languages Spanish and English to a level of being fluent in both languages.
I also count with management of basic office package software. (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)

-For this 9 month temporary position my task were to answer emails and raisng tickets for the Cambridge professors and schools.
Teleperformance Masters Card (dec 2021- Sep 2022)
-For this position I was in the fraud department and the task was to help banks in a Business to business line to prevent fraud in their systems via email and raising tickets via chat, email and phone.
Teletech (March 17 2017-June 19 2018)
-Best Buy campaign task was taking customer service calls assisting customers to direct them to the right departments and making appointments for the geek squad service.
