Constructed a cell line reporter by using Crispr-cas9 to qualitative detect changes in alpha smooth muscle actin as fibrotic marker.

Used different cell regulators and inhibitors to quantify changes in protein expression by using Western Blot.

Analyzed proteomic data to visualize an interaction network by using String and Cytoscape to elucidate potential COUP TF II regulators.
