  • As part of a company that was previously disorganized, this role required a complete overhaul of the shipping and import-export department. I was responsible for managing all company shipments in both Mexico and the United States, overseeing the logistics of the drivers and company trucks, as well as coordinating with external suppliers in the United States. Additionally, I handled foreign trade compliance.
