• Implemented an AI-assisted intelligent document processing pipeline using AI Builder OCR and form extraction, converting uploaded documents into structured records for Power Automate, SharePoint Online and Excel workflows.
• Automated sales order conversion and creation in SAP S/4HANA using Power Automate UI automation by integrating data from Power Apps and SharePoint Lists, reducing manual processing effort and improving transaction processing efficiency.
• Designed automated financial reporting workflows using Power Automate, Microsoft Excel and SharePoint Lists for Third Party and Intercompany Open Sales Order (OpenSO) YTD weekly tracking, strengthening reporting consistency and data visibility.
• Developed UiPath RPA scripts for SAP document attachment automation, eliminating approximately 11-19 hours of manual processing effort.
• Processed and attached 400+ Facilities Booking sales orders in SAP S/4HANA and supported SAP Material Master creation for Part147 sales, maintaining accurate transaction documentation and master data readiness.
• Built and integrated an HRDC Claims Power BI dashboard for claim status tracking, approved amount analysis, submission monitoring, KPI reporting, dynamic DAX measures, refresh tracking and Finance PIC visibility.
• Created an EVS financial analytics dashboard in Power BI using Power Query, data transformation, data modelling and DAX to analyse revenue, expenses, budget utilisation, general ledger performance, cost centre rankings and financial variances.
