Thank you for taking the time to read my portfolio. My name is Andy Kong. I am Chinese in ethnicities, and I am a Christian. I have been in this automotive industry for over two decades. I have been involved in working in every section and department of the automotive line.

My career in automotive has given me a chance to become from trainee manager and workshop operation management. From being head of service advisor and in charge of front line to head of spare parts department. Also, being a leader in a workshop to become in charge of workshop operations.

I have knowledge and foundation in motor vehicle insurance claims and estimation works. I have certified certificates in management and certificates in the workshop operation controller. I have certified certificates of a senior service advisor of Mazda.

Received best service advisor in Toyota and best attendance award from Proton. I have vast experience in workshop operations. I show strong leadership and integrity to my subordinate to build a team of good people.

I always emphasised good self-discipline. I upheld highly of company SOP to produce a solid KPI. And ensuring to keep up and follow ISO 9001. Having more than 6 years in operation assistant and 3 years of management level.

I am currently a branch manager in retail wholesale and groceries. I am looking for other openings options for myself.
