I am currently a Chemical Engineering fresh graduate from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), ranked 5 Stars Overall Rating for QS Star Rating in 2022.

I love to read and learn. This may come out sounding like a cliche, but I truly enjoy my studies. More often than not, this course never stops me to wonder about engineering concepts; understanding these concepts and fundamentals became my priority in my education. Thus, my interest and passion towards chemical engineering, specifically research increases and I am enticed to further apply my expertise in the chemical and oil & gas industry.

Additionally, I have had many great opportunities to broaden my impact in the community, volunteer involvement, and invest in my personal growth as well.

• I possess great leadership traits due to my involvement in multiple organisations.
• Communication and team player are my strongest attributes as I have been working with people of diversity and multiplicity.
• I practise creative thinking in problem-solving. The epitome of this is my competition achievements where my team and I developed a couple of products.
• Learning and development are part of me. I am always seeking answers to feed my curiosity. I believe that only with curiosity, my engineering knowledge and fundamentals could be tested and verified.
• I know what I want and enjoy; goal-oriented. My passion lies in research and engineering in the oil & gas industry. I seek to develop and patent engineering products or techniques in my scope of expertise.

I am actively seeking a full-time entry position and the available starting date would be September 2023. Among many, the roles I would like to be part of are; field engineer, process engineer, sales engineer, project engineer and research engineer.

I have completed my 3-months internship with SLB, the world's leading provider of technology and services to the energy industry across the world. I was tasked as a Fluid Engineer during my time.

Among the job description involved was formulating, testing and analysing the cement required during the drilling operations. I completed 9 designs of cement slurries with the team in SLB before the end of my term. Additionally, I proactively involve myself in the QAQC for laboratory equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, resolution, and calibration as well.

As a first-class chemical engineering graduate from UTM, among the best engineering university in Malaysia, I am confident that I have the right engineering fundamentals as well as soft skills that are required in most entry-level jobs. Additionally, I am actively involved in extra-curricular activities as well where I have won multiple awards and recognitions.
