- Conduct routine and non- routine inspection and analysis of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods and stability samples.
- Prepare chemical reagents in the Laboratory Including Acids, Bases and Salts.
- Calibrate, validate, maintain and evaluate precision and accuracy of measuring equipment and devices including X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) and X- Ray Diffractometer (XRD) machines.
- Monitor testing to ensure all tests are performed according to established standard operating procedures.
- Inspect products of both inbound and outbound logistics to ascertain conformance to specified quality.
- Sample, sort and test with strict adherence to good manufacturing practices throughout the stages of analysis.
- Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks and inventory forms.
