I'm a graduate of Mass Communication from Imo state university and I have worked as a Secretary/Customer service officer. I have a sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite. I strive to be the best in what I do and also wish to improve my skills and be a positive asset to the team.
I have always love working in the Customer Service sector, I know the rudimentary requirements necessary in being a good Customer Service Officer, I am willing to learn more from other experienced officers and I believe I will be a wonderful addition to the organization if given the opportunity to showcase my skills and help in improving the department and organization.
