- Detail to poultry farmers, distributors of poultry feed, Veterinarians, Paravets and opinion leader in both private and Government sectors of the economy
- Render technical support and/or management advice to poultry farmers
- Organize group meetings and marketing programmes for poultry and livestock professionals
- Participate in all activities of major associations in the poultry sub sector of the economy in the territory
- Monitor activities of competition and report same to management
