My name is Olawale and I am a computer technician with years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining computer systems. I have a strong understanding of both hardware and software and can quickly identify and resolve any issue.I strive to make sure that all my customers are completely satisfied with my work and I take great pride in a job well done.

As a computer technician, I have developed a strong set of technical skills and knowledge that I have used to assist customers with their computer issues. I have worked with numerous different operating systems, hardware components, and software applications. I have a strong aptitude for problem solving and have been able to quickly identify and diagnose user problems.

I am confident in my ability to troubleshoot and repair computers, as well as install and configure new systems. I have also been trained in customer service and have had the opportunity to work in a team environment with other technicians. I am dedicated to providing the best possible customer service and have a passion for finding the perfect solutions for each customer.

I ontained my bacherlors degree in mass communication which I obtained in Esep le Berger university republic of benin. During this program, I gained a deep understanding of key concepts, such as media theory, digital media, and communication technologies. Furthermore, I learned about the fundamentals of editing and sourcing for news story, as well as the history of media and communication.

I also developed a critical eye for analyzing different types of media, and perfect my visual communication skills. I was able to apply the knowledge I gained to real-world scenarios, such as creating promotional materials, and designing digital media campaigns. As a result of this education, I am confident in my ability to effectively communicate through various mediums.
