I am highly skilled in providing sales, onboarding, and customer support to clients by selling, training products, contract support, answering questions, making recommendations, onboarding, and much more. My solid background in sales, onboarding, and customer support has allowed me to work in a cross-functional team and hone my customer service skills.
As a customer success/sales and onboarding, training professional, I can recognize, understand, and manage my own emotions, as well as those of the customers with whom I am interacting and my team. I am currently holding a position as a Sales and Onboarding Executive (Lead) with Moove International Organization for 2 years running. Alongside a 1-year experience as a Sales Assistant before now.
