I am a tech support and hardware engineer. I also do customer support both virtually and onsite. I can work remotely as a virtual assistant, client support and even take online taks like typing jobs, data entry etc.
I have over two years of professional experience working in technical support, hardware engineering, and web development support roles. I worked as a Tech Support Engineer at Interra Networks Limited from August 2023 to January 2024, where I provided remote and on-site support, managed user access, handled system documentation, and supported internal teams with troubleshooting and reporting tasks.
Previously, I worked as a Hardware Engineer at CharlyTech Computer Deluxe from January 2022 to January 2023, where I installed and maintained computer systems, managed service records, assisted customers, and supported daily operational tasks.
Earlier in my career, I was a Web Developer Trainee at the Federal Medical Centre (CITTU) from 2019 to 2020, where I supported web projects, content updates, documentation, and team collaboration in a structured environment.
Across these roles, I developed strong skills in communication, organization, record keeping, and supporting teams in fast-paced work environments.
