👋 Hi! My name is Emilie, I am a UX Researcher based in Amsterdam with over 4 years of work experience of which 9 months in UX Research. Previous experiences have taught me to be analytical, to work with people and to always have a curious and growth mindset.

💡After finishing my law studies, I decided to go into a different professional direction. During my first jobs, I have become passionate about CX & UX. That is why I started a Master in Customer Experience & Innovation at IE Business School in 2020. During a course in Qualitative Research & Analysis my interest in UX Research started, which made me decide to become a UX Researcher after graduating.

🚀 Next to my job, I recently followed a 5-week live UX Research Bootcamp at Memorisely. This bootcamp was about understanding the value of UX Research and mastering generative and evaluative research skills. I am currently taking part in the 'Ladies that UX' Mentorship program. As a mentee, I am challenged to work four months on my goals while utilising the guidance and support of a dedicated mentor (a Senior User Researcher in my case).

🙌 In my spare time, I love to do sports (boxing, spinning, padel, skiing, golf, etc.), go on city trips, explore new restaurants and learn new languages (currently learning Spanish 🇪🇦).
