An extremely experienced, flexible and diverse, technical operations, logistics, warehouse and project manager with 20 years working with fast paced, international organisations. Collaborative in approach, and comfortable working at all levels. I am extremely quality and process driven in my approach.
My positions have covered the Ministry of Defence, telecoms hardware, electronic recycling, high tech drones and the sports industry, as stated, very diverse and used to steep learning curves throughout an expansion of a business.
I’ve had the fortunate situation over my career to work in many managerial roles covering Engineering operations, logistics, supply chain, project management, health and safety, Quality Assurance and HR. These positions have been within the Defence industry (British Army Officer), OEM Telecoms Hardware, high tech drones and the sports industry.
For several years I worked as an operations/logistics management consultant, joining with US, European and Chinese based companies, setting up new facilities in Europe from company conception to delivering turnkey operations for the acceptance of equipment, assembly and repair down to circuit board level to the delivery of the highest quality product to a global client base.
The above consisted of all aspects for personnel job specifications and the hiring process and the understanding of health and safety within the workplace. Security (level 5) requirements, training for all physical and warehouse management systems, operations, logistics and sales requirements, the financial aspect of P&L, invoicing and reporting turnover, the recording of all operational processes and the auditing of these in line with company policy and ISO 9001.
