Rabia Naseem

I am a computer vision engineer. My goal is to apply computer vision techniques to solve real-world problems and develop solutions that contribute to advancement of society. I am excited to learn innovative deep learning techniques. Particularly interested in image processing, I wish to collaborate with diverse and cross-disciplinary teams to analyze problems from various perspectives.

I worked as Marie Curie Fellow / Early stage Researcher under European Union Funded project High-Performance Soft Tissue Navigation (HiPerNav). I defended my Ph.D. in December 2021 (at Norwegian University of Science and Technology), NTNU Gjøvik and my thesis topic was ‘Cross-modality Guided Image Enhancement’. I collaborated with professionals from different areas such as segmentation, optimization to accelerate image enhancement algorithms.

I wrote scientific articles which were published in international journals. Besides, I worked as Lecturer at COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan .
